Can I make or receive phone calls using a pocket Wi-Fi?

No, you can only use data with a pocket Wi-Fi. However, you can use video messaging apps like Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Messenger, Skype, or Google Hangouts as alternatives.

How long does the battery last on a pocket Wi-Fi router?

The battery lasts approximately 4-8 hours of continuous use. It can be extended by using the “automatic Wi-Fi off” mode. A power bank is also provided with your order.

What happens if I lose the mobile Wi-Fi router?

If you contact us, we will resend the product. A reshipping fee of ¥5,000 (excluding tax) will be charged.

What is the Wi-Fi coverage area for a pocket Wi-Fi?

Is an instruction manual included with the pocket Wi-Fi package?

Yes, our mobile Wi-Fi supports all devices that have Wi-Fi functionality.

Can I pay with cash or at a convenience store?

No, only online payments are accepted. We only accept credit cards.

Is it possible to cancel the plan during the contract term?

Yes, but there is a cancellation fee of \12,000 (excluding tax) if you cancel before the end date of the contract.

Can I use Skype, LINE, Kakao Talk, Viber, or other VoIPs with a prepaid SIM card in Japan?

Yes, you can. We recommend using a pocket Wi-Fi device with unlimited data if you plan to talk for a long time.

Can I make or receive phone calls with prepaid SIMs?

No, our SIM cards only provide data service. You can use video messaging apps. Phone/SMS/MMS are not available.

Does every cell phone/device accept your prepaid SIM card?

Most do, as long as they are SIM-free. We recommend using pocket Wi-Fi if compatibility is a concern. We do not accept cancellations if the SIM card does not work with your device.

Do I need to activate or do something to use a Prepaid SIM card?

No activation is needed. Pre-activated SIMs will be sent; just check APN settings using the instruction manual provided.

If I am using prepaid SIMs, how can I know how much I have used (how much I have left)?

No, however, if you rent pocket Wi-Fi at the same time, you can check an approximate usage amount on the screen.

Can I order for same-day pickup?

Yes, our team with stock is standing by near salespeople with QR. If you have any questions, please contact us through [Contact us]. We will assist you as much as possible.

When should I place an order?

As soon as you see the QR, please access our sales site directly from the QR. The QR embeds the location of the salesperson, and we are ready to deliver to you immediately. If you have any questions, please contact us.

Can I choose the device?

No, you cannot choose the device.

Is APN setting required?

We deliver routers that are already set up with APN settings.

Is there a refund for unused days?

No, there is no refund for unused days. However, you can cancel before the contract end date. A cancellation fee of \12,000 (tax included) will be charged.

Do I need a PayPal account?

No, you can use VISA, AMEX, Mastercard.

How do I cancel and get a refund?

Please contact us through [Contact us]. A refund will be issued to your credit account via Stripe (payment gateway) within 10 days.

When can I receive my package?

When should I return my Mobile Wi-Fi?

Drop it in any post box in Japan by 3:00 pm the next day after the end of the rental period. Late returns will incur charges.

Is it possible to pick up the pocket Wi-Fi at one airport and return it at another airport?

Yes, it’s possible. You can mail your return package from any post box in Japan. It doesn’t need to be in the same area you picked up.

Can I return my Mobile Wi-Fi anywhere in Japan?

Yes, at any post box in Japan. If you forget to return it and have it in your country, please contact us immediately and send it via ESM, Fedex, DHL. You will be charged for the delayed period.

I forgot to return my rental unit, and I have it in my country. What should I do?

Please contact us immediately, and send it to the address below by ESM, Fedex, DHL, or faster methods. We will charge you for the delayed period. Where at the airport can I drop off my package?

I received your Prepaid SIM. How do I set the APN on my device?

The instruction paper, “How to set APN,” should have been provided with your prepaid SIM. Please check the package again. To set the APN, simply open the settings on your device and enter the required information.

I received your Mobile Wi-Fi, how do I get connected?

The instruction paper “Let’s get connected” should have been provided with your Mobile Wi-Fi device. Please check the package once again. Your router unit only needs to be powered on to start using. Select your unit’s SSID from the WiFi list and enter your Security key as your password. *SSID and Security are shown on the label by your router screen.

What should I do if my Mobile Wi-Fi is lost or stolen?

Please contact us through [Contact us]. We will provide you with the procedure for obtaining a replacement.

What should I do if I couldn’t pick up my Mobile Wi-Fi & SIM?

We will cancel the order on our end.
