Returning is easy. Simply put the Wifi device and cable into the included Letter Pack Light envelope and drop it into any post box in Japan. In towns, including all domestic airports like Narita and Haneda, there are over 175,000 post boxes nationwide. Once it is confirmed that the device and accessories have been returned undamaged, we will refund the deposit amount to the credit card you used for payment within 10 days after posting.
